Andy Townsend

Andy spent several years designing both climbing and mountaineering safety equipment for a number of leading manufacturers before becoming a professional Mountain Instructor.

Andy is also an Accompagnateur en Montagne Europeen (European Mountain Leader) and has climbed extensively in the UK, Europe and Canada. He has been an instructor at several mountain training centres in the UK and is a passionate skier and climber.

Pete Ward

Pete is an ex-Army Physical Training Instructor who has been a dedicated outdoor activity instructor for the last 10 years. He has worked extensively in the UK, Canada, Norway and Africa.

Pete is a qualified Mountain Instructor and works for several centres including the Joint Services Mountain Training centres in Wales and Scotland.

Martyn Eade

Martyn has been climbing and mountaneering for many years, with extensive experience throught the UK. His relaxed manner has made him one of our most popular instructors.

Andy Teasdale

Andy has been a mountaineering instructor and guide for many years. He has worked at a variety of outdoor training centres throughout the U.K., as well as spending time in Antarctica, working for the British Antarctic Survey.

He is a member of the IFMGA (International Federation of Mountain Guide Associations), loves climbing and has an infectious enthusiasm for the mountains.
